Yoga with Trea (Yoga Teacher)
- Settle into your cabin or bell tent on arrival and after you unpack, join Trea in the beautifully restored and bright Yoga room for some gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra relaxation to help you arrive and connect with the space.
- Explore familiar Yoga flows and develop them in a gentle way adapted for your individual level, focusing on body awareness and breath.
- Learn a breathing technique or pranayama practice and a short meditation that you can continue on at home if you like.
- You will have both Yoga Nidra and Night-time meditation to help you settle into restful sleep in this natural peaceful setting.
Vegan Cooking with Siobhán (Vegetarian/Vegan Food Chef)
Siobhán grew up in London, where she trained and worked as a chef, in Spanish and English restaurants, before finally running her own kitchen. Specialising in vegetarian and vegan food, she was able to incorporate her love of Mediterranean cuisine and create healthy, colourful, vibrant dishes that are both nourishing and indulgent.
Siobhán moved to Ireland with her children, in 2015, and started ‘The Naked Forager’ business, a wild food initiative, that aims to share the joy and knowledge of sustainable wild harvesting.
In the kitchen with Siobhán, you will learn how to cook nourishing vegetarian food that you can add your own flair to. Together, you will create dishes that are full of colour and beauty, using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. Perhaps, even add a few seasonal ingredients too!
