Please let me have details on the 2014 walking festival.
What levels are you catering for – ie A, B C levels?
    Start times for routes etc.

    Many thanks

    • Trea

Hi Mary. We are still finalising the details of the walks and will have that for you in the next week or two. Hope to see you then. The most up to date details will be posted here when we have them and on the Loop Head Walking festival Facebook page. Thanks !!

  2. Yvonne

Hi there, can you bring your dog on the walks? Thanks Yvonne

    • Trea

      Hi Yvonne,
Thank you for your interest in the walking festival. I’m afraid dogs are not allowed on the guided walks.
Farmers in the area have asked us not to encourage dogs on their land, either with or without leads, as they may upset their animals,
      which is very understandable.
There are plenty of beaches here though where you can take your dog out for a good run.
      Kind Regards

Would be interested in the Loop Head Walk, is there a lot of climbing in this or is it just the time that has classed it A category. Can we just do one of the walks.

    • Trea

Hi Audrey. Not too much climbing but you do need a good degree of fitness and it is uneven ground, and will take about 4 hours. Kind Regards. Trea

  5. Mary Anastatia

A couple of questions which I am hoping you can answer please.
How many kilometres are the different walks. Any advice on where to base ourselves as we would be travelling from dublin, also what costs are involved .
    Kind regards

    • Trea

Hi Mary. I hope you had your queries answered through another route. The Loop Head Walking Festival facebook page is the best place to get up to date answers and information.
